This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
2. Information We Collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we receive the information you enter:
- First name (required)
- Last name (optional)
- Email address (required)
- Telephone number (optional)
- Message content (optional)
We also collect standard website usage data through cookies and analytics tools — pages visited, approximate location, device type, referral source, and similar technical information. This data does not identify you personally on its own. See Section 5 for more on cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry and answer questions about our journeys
- Check guide availability and confirm booking details
- Correspond with you about your trip before, during, and after travel
- Send administrative information relevant to your booking
We do not use your contact details to send marketing messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
Usage analytics data is used to understand how visitors navigate the site and to make improvements to content and layout.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process the information you submit through the enquiry form on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the basis of a legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and providing the service you asked about.
Analytics and advertising cookie data is processed with your consent, given through the cookie preferences dialogue on this site.
Our handling of personal data is guided by applicable Thai data-protection law and, where relevant to the origin of an enquiry, by the data-protection standards applicable in the visitor's jurisdiction.
5. Cookies and Tracking
This site uses cookies to function and to collect usage data. Cookies fall into three categories:
- Essential: necessary for the site to work (session management, cookie consent preferences). These are always active.
- Performance and Analytics: help us understand how the site is used. Active only if you have given consent.
- Advertising: allow us to show relevant content and measure the performance of our promotional activity. Active only with your consent.
You can review and change your cookie choices at any time using the preferences icon at the bottom-left of the page, or by visiting our Cookie Statement.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and manage enquiries. These may include web analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) and advertising measurement tools (such as Meta Pixel and Microsoft Advertising). These services receive only the data necessary for their function and are not authorised to use your information for their own purposes.
We do not sell personal data to any third party.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry and booking correspondence is kept for a period appropriate to the transaction — typically up to three years from the date of your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or legitimate business need. If your enquiry does not result in a booking, your contact details are kept for up to 12 months.
Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the relevant platform, generally between 14 months and 26 months in aggregated form.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal data about you
- Provide a copy of that data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information (where no overriding legal or contractual reason prevents this)
- Withdraw your consent to cookie-based processing
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information secure. The site is served over HTTPS. Access to contact and booking data is restricted to staff who need it to manage your enquiry or trip.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely without risk. We cannot give an absolute assurance that unauthorised access will never occur, but we keep that risk to a practical minimum.
10. Children
This website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
11. Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable standards. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever material changes are made. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
