1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using this website at lannapaths.club, or by submitting an enquiry or booking with Lanna Paths, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and booked travellers. They should be read alongside our Privacy Notice and Cookie Statement.

2. About Our Services

Lanna Paths offers guided outdoor experiences in Chiang Rai province, northern Thailand. Our current portfolio includes:

• Old Town Cycling & Temple Loop — a half-day guided cycle ride, ฿2,590 per person
• Two-Day Hills & Hot Spring Trek — an overnight guided trek with homestay and hot spring entry, ฿5,600 per person
• Six-Day Northern Borderlands Journey — a multi-day guided journey through the far north, ฿10,500 per person

Prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change. Confirmed prices are those stated in your booking confirmation.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking. Persons under 18 may participate in an experience only when accompanied by a responsible adult who has made the booking and accepted these terms on their behalf.

When using this site you agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to submit false or misleading enquiries.

4. Bookings and Payments

Submitting the enquiry form does not constitute a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have issued a booking confirmation in writing and received the required deposit payment.

Deposit requirements are communicated at the time of confirmation. Full payment is due by the date stated in your confirmation. Failure to complete payment by the stated date may result in the release of your reserved place.

Payment instructions, amounts, and currency will be set out in your booking confirmation. All amounts are in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking:

• Cancellations received more than 14 days before the departure date: full deposit refund.
• Cancellations received 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before departure: the deposit is non-refundable.

If Lanna Paths cancels a trip due to unsafe conditions, guide unavailability, or other circumstances within our control, a full refund of all payments made will be issued promptly.

Date changes are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Lanna Paths or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Outdoor activities involve inherent physical risk. Lanna Paths takes reasonable care in route selection, guide licensing, and group management, but we cannot eliminate all risk associated with travel in natural environments.

Information on this site — including route descriptions, fitness assessments, and seasonal guidance — is provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. It may not reflect every individual's circumstances. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and suitability for each experience.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lanna Paths' liability for any claim arising from use of this site or participation in an experience is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

This site may contain links to external websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from use of this site or a booking with Lanna Paths will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Chiang Rai, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with any material change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
